BuildASite.ai is a digital subscription service. After account setup, customers can create a website draft, review it online and publish it when it is ready. No physical goods are shipped.

Draft generation normally begins within minutes. Publishing and custom-domain activation can take longer because DNS changes and third-party checks are outside our control. We will tell you if a material delay affects your service.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

If you are charged after cancelling on time, charged more than once, or cannot use the paid service because of a fault on our side, email us within 14 days of the charge. After review, eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Except where law requires otherwise, fees for a billing period already used are non-refundable.

Because the service is digital, there are no physical returns. To request a refund or cancellation, email daniel@clientascension.com from the address associated with your account.

We process information you provide, such as your name, email, business details, website content and support messages. We also process account, usage, device and transaction information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

We use this information to provide the service, manage accounts and billing, prevent fraud, communicate with you and meet legal obligations. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store complete card numbers. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction or deletion by emailing daniel@clientascension.com. We may retain limited records when required by law or for fraud prevention.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use BuildASite.ai. You are responsible for the content you submit and publish, and you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it.

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity. You may not attempt to bypass security, disrupt the service or use it to publish prohibited products or services. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or third parties.

AI-generated material can contain errors. You must review your site before publishing and remain responsible for its accuracy, claims, legal notices and regulatory compliance. We may update features and these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will apply prospectively after notice where required.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Questions or disputes should first be sent to daniel@clientascension.com so we can try to resolve them.
